New Business Growth Accelerator Program

If your dream is to build a business which gives you financial independence and the time to spend with your family to enjoy the fruits of your hard work, then our Business Growth Accelerator program may be of interest to you.

We are running our second program starting at the end of March and we are looking for a small number of ambitious clients who are serious about growing their businesses. It will be ideally suited to those in their early years looking for growth.

If you can answer yes to these three questions you could be eligible to join this free pilot program:

1. I want to build a business which will generate profits in excess of £100K.
2. I want to build a business which gives me the freedom to make choices about what I do and when I do it.
3. I want to build a business which I can sell for a life-changing sum of money in the future and ideally I would like that value to be there in the next 5 years.

These are challenging ambitions, and they won’t suit everyone, but if you want to build a successful business and are prepared to put in a lot of hard graft we’d love to hear from you.

Firstly we will ask you to take a good hard look at your business. We will discuss the five factors which will determine whether you have the formula to create a truly successful business. We will then work with you to lay out your plan for success (building in key milestones to monitor progress) and review with you what actions you need to take now to deliver success. We will focus on the idea, the plan, your time, your pricing, your marketing and your systems.

We’ll meet monthly, usually on the penultimate Friday. We’ll provide you with the tools necessary to drive your business forward and we will be reviewing your progress every month to help you focus on getting the actions done. This isn’t for the faint hearted and is only for those business owners up for the challenge!

Each session is roughly 2 hours’ duration- a total of 8 hours with Mark with stacks of business tools provided as part of the session. The costs of these sessions on a one to one basis would usually be £2,000 + VAT but we are looking for just 5 clients to split the cost- so a fee of £400 + VAT per client. This service is only for clients of Friend & Grant Ltd. We are looking to work with up to 6 clients so if you are interested contact us now.
