Kings Hill – A Modern and Dynamic Workspace

A more recent addition to the Friend & Grant family, our Kings Hill office opened in October 2023 to accommodate our growing team and expand our services into a new area.

Situated in a modern business centre, our Kings Hill office offers a bright, open-plan workspace designed for collaboration and flexibility.

The office comfortably seats eight, with a relaxed soft-seating area, creating a welcoming and productive environment.

Several of our team members are based here permanently, while others hot-desk regularly—either to change up their routine or to hold client meetings at this location.

Our office is located in the main building on the square, providing access to shared facilities and a selection of meeting rooms that can be booked for client meetings, complete with refreshments.

The Local Area

Kings Hill is a contemporary garden village—a thoughtfully designed development that blends work, life, and leisure.

Originally a royal hunting ground and later a WW2 airfield the area has evolved into a thriving business and residential hub.

Just a short walk from the office, you’ll find the village centre, home to supermarkets, shops, cafés, and a local pub—perfect for a coffee, lunch, or after-work socialising.

Kings Hill is ideally located with excellent transport links, offering easy access to the M25, M20, and M26 motorways.

West Malling train station is nearby, with direct routes to London Victoria and London Bridge, making it a convenient location for commuters.

For those who prefer public transport, frequent bus services connect Kings Hill to Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, and Maidstone.
