Another new team member! Karen Seymour-Jones joined us this week!
Karen will be working part-time in a customer services role. Initially she will help Mark and Andrew to ensure that all matters related to new clients are dealt with, from making sure that all the initial work and registrations are carried out to ensuring over the first 6 months that all our new clients are fully aware of all the services we offer and that everything has been carried out to their complete satisfaction. The plan will then be to extend this role to cover all our clients. Karen will also be responsible for getting client feedback - good or bad - so at some stage all clients will be hearing from her!
Our aim is to provide a quality service, and with the continued growth of the business simple things can be easily overlooked. This is not acceptable and our aim must be always to provide perfection!!!!
